I'm excited to share that my paper, Teaching Modeling in Introductory Statistics: A Comparison of Formula and Tidyverse Syntaxes, is finally published! doi.org/10.1080/26939169.2024. (HTML version leaves a bit to be desired, read the PDF)

@amelia I must admit I haven't read it yet - but it great looks amazing. Just studying this instead of taking a side and entrenching 👌

@matherion yep :/ The paper started as RMarkdown, so I can make a nice HTML version easily. But the journal only has you submit the .tex and then they create the HTML somehow.

@amelia 🙄... They should at least include a disclaimer. Ah well. Thanks for including that in your Mastodon post at least 🙂
